What a wonderful place to get your perfect wedding dress! I came here just three weeks before my spontaneous wedding and they did everything to find my perfect dress and fit it to my wishes in that short time!

Could not recommend this location or the staff more! I got married at the end of March this year. I had chosen a dress last year and come Nov 2022 absolutely hated it. So I went to Biancaneve (along with 2-3 other stores) desperately hoping to find something I liked.

I told the woman that was working with me the vibe I was going for and she ended up choosing a Made With Love dress that I wouldn’t have ever chosen myself. But I completely fell in love. With my wedding in 5 months I never expected to have that special wedding dress moment. But I did. And it’s all because of her.

Initially they had said we wouldn’t be able to get my size in time, so we’d have to use the dress on the rack. Totally fine with me, but fast forward to my first fitting appt and they were able to get a brand new one for me in my size.

Now my fittings. I had like 5 of them. Because I couldn’t decide how long I wanted the straps or what cups I wanted. I eventually didn’t want any cups but the dress needed lining, so they just used the fabric on the cup. I felt so dumb and high maintenance going back so many times, but they were so kind, understanding, and willing to make any changes I wanted.

Day of, I loved my dress. It fit perfectly and was exactly what I wanted for the outdoor vibe we went with. I’m only sad I can’t wear it again soon. Thank you Biancaneve for saving the day!

I'm from London and bought my wedding dress from Biancaneve as they were one of only a handful of places across Europe that stocked a designer I was looking for.

Stepping into the salon was a dream start to finish (all the warm and fuzzies being in the beautiful boutique!) and the whole process was absolutely flawless. I feel the best I've ever felt wearing my dress and that is hugely down to the amazing team at the salon who gave the exact right amount of expertise / guidance whilst giving me design choice freedom.

Can't recommend enough for the experience, and the most amazing dresses that you will struggle to find in even the biggest cities in the world like London and NY!

I always wanted to get married in an Anna Campbell dress. These bridal gowns, handmade in Australia, are very hard to find in Europe. After the engagement, I was much worried about fact how I will manage to find a close retailer shop where I can try the latest collection on to know which model fits me the best. Then, the advertisement of Biancaneve Bridal Boutique’s Anna Campbell Trunk Show just came across on the internet so I gave them a call.
The boutique was bright, clean, beautifully arranged and had many different options of dresses from a lot of different designers. The girls at the boutique are wonderful and always listened the style, specifications and dislikes I had about each dress I tried on. They were kind and understanding. Moreover, if I had any hesitation about a dress they did not pressure me to choose it. I cannot thank you enough for helping me find the perfect AC dress for my wedding day! I am absolutely blown away by the gown and the veil I ordered and they are all custom made. My husband had his jaws dropped when he saw the dress and said that I could not find a more perfect one.
Highly recommend them for their communicative and amazing service, the wonderful bridal dress shopping experience and the girls' professionalism.

Had my first ever bridal appointment at Biancaneve. Saying I was nervous would be an understatement but Laure was a dream! She made me feel comfortable (even bare in my underwear) and listened to me and my request. I really enjoyed the process and she made it really special, even though I am a plus size bride that barely fit in any of the standard size dresses ! Bridal stores should really have larger sized options.. it is easier to pinch in rather than expand a dress after all! Nonetheless, would highly recommend! Especially with Laure !

Wonderful and huge selection of dresses matching all desired styles: from simple elegance to full glamour. The fitting is also a great experience as the shop has the fitting spaces perfected in the slightest detail. However, the biggest advantage of this bridal shop is the incomparable professionalism of the team who runs the shop. They provide valuable advice at the moment of choosing a dress and highest quality of adjustments and personalisation when the chosen dress arrives. As the adjustments are done in-house they are made very quickly even in the middle of the busy wedding season. The team makes the whole process of buying a dress a very pleasant experience. A truly unique shop, highly recommended.

I was looking for my dress for 4 months in 4 different countries (!). Believe me I have a comparison with other bridal stores...This is the place you NEED TO VISIT as a wife to be. The service personnel will make the shopping an unforgettable experience. The first fitting last 3 hours, Miss Liva proposed me several dresses after listening carefully the expectations. The shop itself has two mirror stands so you can check yourself in artifical and natural light. You have enough space to walk and ensure you feel comfortable in the dress. Last but not least Miss Liva is open for any idea and small modifications. In my case I got custom made sleeves. In two weeks I have my dress ready. Absolutely amazing care. Very nice boutique and team. Good service and welcoming atmosphere. You can find all accessories needed for a complete bridal attire. Sewing and adjustment are also done by the team. I am very satisfied!
