Let's start with the nice part. The shop has very very nice dresses for family events, a really great choice. The owner was very friendly and helpful, didn't hesitate to unpack all of her stock to show us everything. We found a fabulous dress which was one size too big. The owner assured us that she could get one done with the right size. We were January and in July, the dress wasn't still there despite the various visits we had to pay to the shop since our calls were never returned. We had to run after the advanced money which we had paid in January. But, the owner repaid us the money afterall but we were still disappointed.

Worst customer service, the lady that works at the store makes offensive comments, bodyshaming & mocking her clients. I’d rate this store lower if I could.
