We ordered furnitures at two occasions for our living room and were satisfied with the quality and service. However, Last year we decided to order bathroom furniture with Lago, which we absolutely regret, because we’ve had a lot of issues, that they came back to fix, but they just made it worse. The staff is unprofessional, rude when facing unsatisfied clients, and clearly needs technical training. We now have to call another company to fix the issues because they weren’t able to deliver a clean job.
