Horrible shop, with horrific waiting times each time you step inside (no sales rep around for up to an hour), and an even worse delivery service. They do not ever answer the phone either.

Their products are also really bad. I have a leaking door, they keep telling me to write to the customer support, but the customer support never answers either.

I sincerely do not recommend this store.

Waited 4 months for the delivery of my order. No follow up, no number to reach. Horrible

Édit: Went to the shop in Arlon, and the sales lady was very helpful. She listened to us carefully and found a solution for us. Please make sure to go to the main shop to place orders and do not rely upon the central department ( online ).
