Terrible customer service. We wanted to return a good after about one week. There was elderly lady and next to her was younger woman, both working at the shop. The elderly lady refused to take it back. When we started to discuss a bit with her to clarify why she doesn’t want to refund or exchange she got annoyed, said that she has no time to discuss with us (even if there was just one more client in the shop, and thats usually the case anyway every time I was in the shop, namely, there seem to be not many customers generally, and at the end she shouted out loud “Get out! It’s my shop! Get out!!!”. We were not any moment raising our voice to get such attitude. We were shocked!!! Plus we had our two small children with us who got scared a bit. Judge yourself, but I can just say that customer service there is catastrophic! Attitude from last century or something like that, when owner can behave as he wants. Additionally at the same time her younger coworker, maybe her daughter, we don’t know, was smiling/laughing in the background when her coworker, maybe mother, was shouting at us! We for sure will never go back to that shop in Grevenmacher!
