I have just purchased a Skytrak launch monitor. I was afraid about exposing so much money at a "non-Amazon-like" website. I got in contact (phone and Whatsapp) with them and they explained me everything with detail, calming me down. The order arrived in TWO days to Madrid. Everything OK!

Ordered and received the SkyTrak + NetReturn bundle. Quickly delivered! Everything perfect.

Know that it is very important that the opposite side, where the SkyTrak with its 2 cameras is looking, is of a uniform color. Initially, I had all kinds of boxes and other things standing there. Almost half of all shots were not registered. I then provided the back of a uniformly colored cloth... and then it works OK.

I know that misregistration is quite an issue on the internet... hence.

Exceptionally fast delivery and great prices. Would have been 5* except once I entered my details there was a surprise delivery charge as free shipping was only for in store pick up. So that's somewhat misleading. But having said that the actual service was impeccable

Fast delivery and customer support. Pleasure to deal with. However, I needed to return my order (€170) due to incompatibility. This was my error. Whilst I was very happy to pay the return shipping as expected, I was informed I needed to also pay a standard €100 excl VAT "handling fee" as set in their terms.

This is not what I would expect from a reputable and fair company.
