Tsierena Guest House

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was really nice. Alain was a wonderful host and the rooms were clean. A perfect location in Andasibe, great for exploring the surrounding rainforest and if you are lucky you can hear Indris calling while taking a shower. Andasibe is a safe and inspiring place, one of the most beautiful in Madagascar.

Good value at 50,000 Ariary for the family room. Prime location. Nice breakfast of coffee, bread, butter, jam, eggs for 8,000 Ariary. Alan is an excellent host.

It is fun to walk along the road north and south looking for wild life at night time if you are so inclined. I found half a dozen mouse lemur and lots of chameleons/frogs in just one hour - no expensive guide or park fee needed.

Really nice, super clean place with a decent wifi and the charming wooden- floor rooms in the centre of the quaint village overlooking jungle and the church. Very friendly and accommodating owner. Excellent value!
