The manager knows decent English and is super helpful. He bought calling cards for us, printed document s, rented us his motorcycle for $3.33 USD for the entire evening, located places on our Google maps, told us where to buy things, translated things etc.
The room is decent. Minor repairs are needed in the bathroom, the mattresses are not super. But, the AC works great, wifi in the lobby is free. Considering everything, if you don't speak Burmese, don't know the city, and only have two days to get a lot of specific things accomplished this is the place to stay. You get more than you pay for.

My host spoke wonderful English and I had a really great time. He, was very hospitable also. Drove me around everywhere I needed to go.
