I bought a fabulous jumpsuit here and then discovered they have a restaurant! On Fri, Sat, Sun they have a fabulous buffet lunch. The food was good and exceptionally varied. They had veggie dishes, salads and chicken. Plus the soup was really good. My bill was a bit high because I ordered a glass of white wine but during the weekdays they have a lunch special. I took a taxi which was easy to find.

Store clerks are very friendly and customer oriented. Liverpool always have good discount deals in all departments.

Pricey, but a decent selection and friendly helpful staff. I enjoy shopping there

We have been very fortunate buying items in Liverpool. The customer service is excellent, we have items delivered and the men are helpful and pleasant, customer service is uppermost in all they do.

High end shopping, but you can find brand names there that may not be available other places. Went to three "Apple" stores trying to get a new iPad (no inventory) before going to Liverpool and finding exactly what I wanted.

Great store in SMA if you are looking for a more American shopping mall experience. They have a wonderful bait of clothing, shoes and housewares at reasonable prices.

I bought a new Motorola g8 today and the young men who helped me were SO wonderful. Polite, professional, FUN and treated me great. They gave me the best deal, a credit of $824 pesos for anywhere in the store. They made me feel so special not just another customer.
I'm a fan and customer from now on!
My friends are going to be informed of the prices, excellent customer service, clean, and they had Gummy Bears ;) One of them even sang

I am a new customer and a lifetime customer. 😊 From Gummy bears to candles (that I bought) they have the largest candy department that is so fun displayed beautiful. Great prices. Better than anywhere in town. 7 years living in San Miguel, I know.

While not the largest of department stores, it is surprisingly big for a small city like San Miguel de Allende. Pretty much anything you can think of is available here. Products range from clothing and shoes for men, women and children, beds, furniture, wallets, sun glasses, jewelry, kitchen supplies (dishes, appliances, salt and pepper grinders, etc), and a very wide variety of goods not found elsewhere in town. Exceptionally convenient for residents and visitors alike since most needs can be taken of here, making trips to larger nearby cities like Guanajuato or Querétaro unnecessary. The staff are remarkably friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended.

You can get jyst about anything here. Clothes,furnishings, home wares great selection of refrigerators. Carpets, fine China, and the top floor had lots of imported gourmet goods.

A very nice clean Mall. Supermarket, Soriano, has quite a few imported items as well as standard ones. Nice selection from Italy, wines, exotic meats. But the bakery wasn't very good, at least their pain au chocolat wasn't truly a pastry. The bread might be better. The Liverpool store is amazing. It's like what a Sears or Macy's store used to be like. Pricey but then they have items you probably can't find elsewhere. The food court is very nice and reasonably priced. Lots of other stores, great variety of goods sold.

I lost my sandals during the trip,and Liverpool had very good options, from rubber to take a shower, to very nice leather sandals with support for walking all day
