Manzanita Store

I was put off going there by the reviews.
I been twice once for my phone then again for my laptop - both times I was completely satisfied with what they did.

Excellent overnight service on my i-pad at a more than reasonable price. (That’s after I spent days trying to fix the problem myself.) I’m sorry (and a bit surprised) that a few others who have left reviews here apparently didn’t have a similar experience. I highly recommend this company and wont hesitate to go back with any future computer (or phone) problems.

I just got my very old Mac Book Air battery replaced. The messaging on FB was very responsive and efficient. I dropped off a deposit and within a couple of days the battery was in store. Unfortunately, the wrong battery was sent from CDMX -not the fault of Manzanita they immediately got the wrong one returned and the right one in store within 2 days. Fernando installed it straight away while I waited (15 minutes). He also speaks English if you should need that. Also the store is right next to Flor's Cafe - great spot to get a coffee and chilaquiles while you're waiting ;)

The power cord, of my Australian purchased MAC Book Air, received a power surge and would no longer charge the laptop. A Google Search and 12 minute walk later I found myself at the Manzanita Store. Salvador tested my unit to confirm the circuit was burned, provided me with a replacement charger, and placed an order (due 2 days later). Thanks to the excellent service, I had zero downtime (except to place my order and collect my replacement). I was also called and emailed as promised. Such a wonderful store and team to have access to here. Well done Salvador and ladies, and thank you for such a great experience! Cost of replacement: $1,700 MXP approx. AUD$132

Llevé mi computadora para limpieza y diagnóstico. La atención fue muy buena y mi compu como si fuera nueva. Me gusta porque son personas sinceras sobre lo que tu compu realmente necesita. Volveré.

Mi experiencia con Manzanita ha sido de muchos años. Siempre me han resuelto los problemas con mi celular y computadora de forma expedita y con las mejores opciones de precio.
Y en los momentos más estresantes porque cualquier problema con el celular o computadora es estresante, siempre me reciben con una buena actitud y entendimiento de mi preocupación. Resolviendo con pragmatismo y lo más pronto posible.
