Great leather quality and good designs.

The only big issue I found is the client service (which is super important).

I went in person to the workshop even though I came from a different state to change my shoes for the right size.
I asked for help to get the correct size so my shoes can be comfortable to use.

The lady that charges the money whom is at the entrance was super nice and helpful :) but the girl who helped me with the size and try the shoes on was grumpy and rude. And made me feel really uncomfortable.
Finding the perfect size was the most important thing however the person that helped with that was rude and seemed not be very happy of helping me.
That was disappointing :(

Hopefully the shoes will arrive soon and fitting perfectly.
