Europcar Car Rental in Monterrey Airport

Pick up process was quick and efficient. They did put a hold on my credit card as a "deposit" of $700 which I was not counting on....just make sure you have it in the bank..they'll release it after you return the car. The return was very easy...their suttle service..was efficient and the driver very professional and polite..

Great customer service. I was helped by Alejandra, she was very nice and helpful. If this is your first time renting in Mexico keep in mind that a deposit of about 10% of the value of rental is going to be required in addition to the cost of renting. It's will be refunded when car is returned.

El servicio que he recibido durante estos años ha sido muy profesional y muy bien explicado las opciones sobre el servicio de aseguranza es necesario no importa si alguna tarjeta de crédito nos pueda cubrir el vehículo por seguridad de nosotros es mejor tomar un seguro extra. La seńorita Lucy Ruiz fue muy amable y detallista sobre los detalles del servicio. Total seguridad y muy recomendable.

Toller Mietwagen zu super Konditionen! Habe schnell ein Mietwagen benötigt und alles hat reibungslos geklappt, wir bekamen ein fast neuen Wagen und alles war sauber Dokumentiert.
Auch bei der Rückgabe ging alles schnell und einfach und ich bekam auch meine Kaution voll zurückerstattet.
Alles super, war so zufrieden das ich im Anschluss auch in Tijuana einen Leihwagen von Europcar genommen habe und dort war ich genau so zufrieden.
