Pésimo servicio. Hicimos reservación con días de anticipación y quedaron de hacernos entrega del auto a las 8 am en el aeropuerto de Colima. Eran las 9:30 am y nadie estuvo para atendernos. Llamé a la central de reservaciones y me dijeron q en 5 min me atendían, pero la espera siguió siendo en vano. Por lo que decidimos rentar en otra compañía.
