Hotel Tapalpa de mis Amores offers a variety of qualities no other hotel I’ve stayed at fulfills quite as perfectly. Upon arrival, you are first struck by the charming decorations. Every space has a selection of carefully curated items, and as such, each room is its own experience. I was told most of the interior design was done by the manager which loves traveling, especially the countries Poland and Turkey, so I guess that’s why the ornamentation is all so diverse. I must add that because the decoration is so special, the hotel isn’t pet-friendly despite the Manager loving Yorkies.

However, hear me out, the hotel’s best qualities lie in the hospitality offered. I strongly believe the beautiful manager, Scarlet, is to thank for that hospitality: the correct match of people, food, furniture, and cozy attention. She was more than helpful in the task of making me feel at home from the beginning. Manager Scarlet treats you as if you were a good friend, we laughed about how I drove and parked terribly one day. I was worried to travel to Mexico as I have little knowledge of Spanish, but Scarlet speaks English with a bit of a lovely Irish accent. Every request I had, she cleverly answered in the blink of an eye. For example, I had the intention of tasting a Mexican dessert and she recommended to me the pastel de campechanas, and let me tell you, it was exquisite!

I had many requests; I must admit, I was probably a bit of a difficult guest as I come across as too direct. In spite of that, the manager never crossed a line with me. One thing is sure, Hotel Tapalpa de mis Amores wouldn’t be the wondrous place it is, without her. My checkout was the only bitter time… I only stayed on two separate occasions, but I can only hope to be back soon and have more drinks.

The place is great, is our home in Tapalpa. The decorations are elegant and very comfortable. Beds are nice but internet service is bad to non existent. Good thing is that we weren't very interested on internet. Super clean, the hotel personal gave us the best attention. Breakfast included. Is in a very good location near everything, parking is good, so your car as safe and you can stop worrying about that. Price is is good also.

Hermoso hotel, áreas tranquilas y espaciosas.
Las habitaciones tienen un toque rústico y acogedor con detalles agradables, limpieza y confort en cada área.. excelente presión y agua caliente en la regadera y alberca. Desayuno incluido y estacionamiento.

Céntrico, estacionamiento propio, habitaciones espaciosas, espacio de juegos para niños muy amplio, desayuno incluido. Muy buena experiencia.

Mejorable: calidad del desayuno de cortesía, aislamiento acústico entre habitaciones (escuchamos la conversación del vecino de cuarto toda la noche), área de juegos y restaurante muy cerca de las albercas el piso es un poco resbaloso alrededor de ellas.

Sí. La habitación muy limpia y acogedora. Las camas cómodas.. La regadera super bien, sale un chorro abundante y el agua caliente muy bien.
El desayuno esta incluido y es delicioso.
Además la ubicación es excelente. . Tiene estacionamiento.

No servia su elevador y está pensado subir equipaje desde el estacionamiento.
Súper ubicado! Limpio. Alberca templada y jacuzzi.
En general en todos los hoteles del centro debes llevar tapones para dormir.
Pero un lugar bonito con desayuno incluido

El hotel es muy bonito (considerando qué son casas antiguas) cuenta con albercas, area de juegos infantil, terraza etc. El desayuno es incluido y lo mejor es la ubicación del hotel que esta dentro del centro.
Cuenta con rampas para personas con discapacidad.
Tiene elevador (solo que no estaba disponible cuando fuimos)
Las personas que atienden son muy amables.
Al bajar las escaleras qué estan a un costado de las albercas, puedes accesar al bar Maria bonita y si bajas otro piso más, ingresas al estacionamiento privado del hotel.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, bonits decoración, el servicio es excelente, las chicas muy atentas, alberca con agua caliente, estacionamiento, ubicado a unas cuadras del centro. Muy recomendable.

Me encanto el hotel todo muy limpio y muy cómodo, esta cerca justo en el centro y todo es relativamente cerca, cuenta con estacionamiento por la calle de atrás , esta algo escondido pero preguntando en recepción dan las indicaciones muy concretas, el estacionamiento es amplio y seguro. Nuestra reservacion incluía el desayuno continental, comimos chilaquiles y fruta todo muy rico.

La ubicación está excelente, los cuartos son muy cómodos y cuentan con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable, es un lugar silencioso ideal para descansar.
Cuentan con desayuno gratuito y se sirve en el área de la alberca, muy bien todo.
