ibis Torreón

Very nice hotel, great area! Plenty of security in the plaza. Small room but dog friendly!! Staff is very nice, restaurant and bar is beautiful and prompt, we only had drinks which were good!!!

We had a great stay here! We did get the suite, it has coffee (nespresso), microwave, fridge, iron w/board(came in handy), decent size room. Long narrow table fits easily 4, can fit more and sofa w/connected area. Has separate sink, lots of space to store clothes. Good views, different food choices nearby, walking distance. Pharmacy walking distance open 24/7, we forgot a bunch of toiletries. H.E.B super close, by car. It seems like a good central location for Torreon and Gomez, with a rental car. If you speak only English only 1 channel available on thier tvs CNN. No smart tvs. One could probably figure out something as they do have wifi. They have easy peasy parking. Courteous staff. We did have a slow drain in shower, that was fixed ASAP, no joke they on it. Bummers ,,, no ice machine, no ice to be had, anywhere, and TV thing. Oh, security walking around 24/7 .

We stayed 8 nights at this hotel. I loved the location. It's beautiful inside and out. The rooms are extremely clean and the staff are super friendly. This hotel is also pet friendly and I was able to take my fur baby on this family vacation. Very highly recommend it.

This place is part of the ibis chain but is not quite the same...in a good way!
- Rooms are still austere but not stripped down
- Lobby is very nice, modern, spacious
- their restaurant is the best I've seen in the chain. It's alive, several tables occupied, there's a gorgeous patio.... Nothing like the usual utilitarian breakfast-only cafeterias at the rest of the chain hotels.
I guess what I'm trying to say is I'M VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!!

I just got back from Torreon and we had a 3 day stay in this hotel
10 family members; rooms are clean and the restaurant provided special service to accommodate our family all 24 guest that some came in from a close by town; I had 2 family members with wheel chairs and Micheal, Daniela, Victor and Carlos gave us the best treatment one would home for in any high end hotel;
I usually never write reviews, but this guys deserve my recognition for great service.
I plan to stay there every time

Great Experience! What an incredible experience we had. The ibis Torreon exceeded all of our expectations. The Covid procedures were very thorough, the property was super clean and the service we experienced was more like a 5-star resort than a reasonably priced hotel. Also, all of the restaurants in the hotel and plaza were excellent. Thank you Javier and crew!

They are pet friendly. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed it.

Brand New Hotel at Torreon

Estancia de negocios, una sola noche, La TV SMART, AC, todo funcionando muy bien. Es un hotel nuevo, todo limpio y cómodo. Cumple lo que promete, la habitación aísla el ruido exterior muy bien. El personal excelente servicio, No conseguía taxi y los de recepción me ayudaron. Inclusive salieron a la calle a pedir uno por mi. Excelente atención del personal. Son habitaciones pequeñas, pero tienen todo lo necesario.

Excelente servicio, la atención de la recepcionista que estaba en el turno de noche fue muy amable. No recuerdo su nombre pero tiene cabello largo. El hotel muy bueno para descansar, tiene todo lo que necesitan

Super servicio muy buena ubicación el restaurante es muy bueno y el servicio mejor, estaría perfecto si habilitaran un gimnasio es necesario para los que por trabajo estamos varios días ojala lo tomen en cuenta por todo lo demás super recomendable.
