The best experience so far!!! Had a root canal done everything went smooth and fast and all my questions were answered properly had my crown ready in 2 days when it usually takes up to 8 days!! Very friendly staff as well..I would definitely recommend and come back to Doctor Ricardo Velazquez!

Truly the best dentist out there! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The staff was extremely attentive and Dr. Velásquez walked me through each step of the way. My biggest concern walking in was the pain I would possibly be facing but even that blew me away. I experienced zero discomfort during and post surgery. I’ve known Dr. Ricardo Velazquez for over 15 years. He’s is very thorough within his practice and passionate about the art of dentistry. I have witnessed he’s growth as a professional and succeed in his career. He takes the time and patience to talk extensively with his patients, and accommodate to our needs, concerns and fears. I live in LA, but as soon as the pandemic is over, I will take a trip down to Colima to see Dr. Velazquez and have him continue his work on my denture. As an American expat doing business in Colima I was referred to Dr. Velazquez by a fellow expat. Having used dentists in Mexico with mixed results I was immediately put to ease by the friendliness of the staff and the modern well equipped offices. Having limited Spanish speaking abilities it was a nice suprise to discover that Dr. Velazquez had a good working knowledge of Spanish and our communication was easy. He suggested options, explained pricing, and I never felt like he was pushing unnecessary procedures like dentists often do. Always a good experience- (as dental experiences go) with a volcano view!

The most professional yet friendliest service ive recieved out of the three countries ive had dental work done which are the US, Dubai, and Mexico. Came especially all the way from Dubai just to continue the work on my implant if that doesnt prove how good the quality of work is i dont know what does.
