We had a great time at this place! The tour guide was awesomely nice, explained everything and responded all our questions! The tour includes the cacao plantation, the fabric/museum aaand a chocolate drink! It was not only super interesting but really tasty! After one hour we were full of new facts and super delicious chocolate! I would totally recommend this visit to everyone!

We got a private tour from the granddaughter of the man who originally built the hacienda. Really interesting to hear all about how the cocoa is grown and processed into chocolate. If you want a tour in English call one day ahead to book it, but the Spanish tour is also excellent if you know at least a little bit of Spanish.

This is an awesome hacienda to visit. The tour was amazing and we learned so much! The chocolate was so delicious and we bought more.
They preserve the jungle and chocolate trees in a natural state for education and preservation.

Right from the entrance, you will gather the smell of cocoa being elaborated. This is the home the Bombon of Maracuya an award winning creation which won in Paris and New Work. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the Hacienda with a huge history. It started to operate from the 20's.

The tour at the hacienda was very informative. The guide was knowledgeable about flora and fauna. It was great to see the monkeys on the plantation, as well as the vanilla, cocao trees and a variety of plants and trees indigenous to Tabasco. Well worth your time, either as a tour by itself or combined with the nearby Comalcalco pyramids.

Recommended. The chocolate is really good, especially the little marshmallow / truffle (25 pesos each). Try the maricuya one. It is superb.
The tour is 100 and includes free sampling.
Good service.
