Amazing food. Had the a shared bean soup, grilled fish and delicious mole. All delicious. Nice ambiance. Great service. In my opinion, among the best restaurants in Mazatlan. Recommended

El Presidio knocks the Mazatlán dining experience out of the park.
We were so impressed on our first visit, we went back two days later.. in both cases the food and the service was just outstanding.
When you step into this courtyard it's utterly magical, you will feel like you are on a movie set.
And when the food arrives you will realize that, as wonderful as the setting is, it's the food and the service that are the real stars.
We cannot say enough good things about El Presidio.
They could have succeeded on the Beauty of their setting alone.. but they went much further and made El Presidio a "MUST EXPERIENCE" for anyone visiting Mazatlán.

Presidio is excellent. Magical setting inside an open air restaurant with lights palm trees and quaint tables set apart from others. The food was excellent as was the service. My husband had the pork shank that fell off the bone and was more than he could eat and I had the shrimp burger that was delicious. For dessert we shared the deconstructed cheesecake with coconut that was fabulous. Highly recommend.

El Presidio in Mazatlán elevates Mexican cuisine. Service shines, and the open backyard provides a charming ambiance. Dishes impress visually and with flavor, justifying slightly higher prices. I recommend it for those seeking a sophisticated and delicious Mexican dining experience.

Unbelievable atmosphere, great service and exquisite cuisine. A little bit expensive but totally worth it.

We ordered the Thin Flank and the Shrimp Ravioli and were really good 😊👍.

If you want to experience the most fabulous and expertly prepared and presented Mexican coffee, go to El Presidio, just exquisite. The food, the ambiance, the service, all were top notch.

Our favorite place to come to in Mazatlan! Beautiful ambiance, amazing food and drinks and great service! Highly recommend the sangre something drink, the cucaracha shot, the jumbo shrimp, osobuco ravioli and honestly everything you get will be delicious. The cauliflower cream that comes with the jumbo shrimp is incredible! Highly highly recommend!

Book a table in advance and try to sit in the courtyard. The food was incredible and we only had appetizers!! I highly recommend the tuna sashimi and bone marrow + corn dish. The mezcal cucumber cocktail was soooo refreshing and delicious.

This place is absolutely magical and beautiful. It is an old mansion turned into an open air restaurant with trees and vines and roots everywhere. The food is amazing and the service is fantastic. I highly recommend coming here. It's actually a 10 star out of 5 for me!!

It's an absolutely gorgeous restaurant. Very large with spacious seating , beautiful fountain and atmosphere. Only came for a drink and an appetizer but absolutely loved it. The cocktails were great and the appetizers tasted amazing . Really good cooked oysters with cheese ! Beautiful decor, nice bathrooms and a great experience overall

I have no enough words to describe the experience. Totally amazing, the food, a short menu but each and every plate we had was tasteful and masterfully prepared (we had 4 different entrees), the attention, wines, mixed drinks, the live music.
Definitely, a must when you visit Mazatlan.

Unique experience with an industrial but wild vibe in the restaurant, very good price for the great quality of food.

This place is absolutwly fabulous! The atmosphere is so wonderful, from the courtyard decor and lighting to the great music; it's a huge plus up from all the Malecon noise and 80's/90's pop being played literally everywhere else. The service is outstanding at both the table and at the bar. The menu is creative and the dishes taste drop the spoon good. 1000 out of 10 on the rating scale.

What a beautiful place to have dinner! The live music was a treat! The dinner was one of the most memorable. First visit to Mazatlan and we’ll be back! My friend ordered the famous shrimp burger and she said it lived up to the hype! We all got something different and it was all good.
The flaming coffee at the end of our meal was a really cool.

One of the best ambiances in Centro. The restaurant is in an open-air, restored, historic building, surrounded by trees and vines, and you’ll enjoy lovely live music. The atmosphere cannot be beat- it is so beautiful and relaxing. This is the perfect restaurant for a special occasion. The carnitas are especially delicious.

Nice venue, located at in historical place (more than 200 years). The food and drinks are very good. Delicious dishes mainly with seafood. Also their playlist with a jazz makes this place wonderful.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. The location is stunning, the food will knock you off your feet, and the service is top knotch. I forgot to take pictures of our appetizers: fire roasted cauliflower with polenta, pork carnitas with blue corn tortillas, and empenadas. The cauliflower and carnitas were what stood out as amazing to me. We ordered for entrees the sea bass, the ossobucco (came as bone in with a roasted poblano covered in cheese and the best mashed carrots that were so buttery and silky), the chicken mole with mashed potato (probably my favorite entree), and a roasted beef sandwich. The chicken mole was so good that it brought a smile to my face and I even giggled a little bit. Super good. Five of us ate appetizers and entrees and non alcoholic beverages for 2200.00 pesos. Which is about 110.00USD and about 22.00USD per person.

Excellent food and a beautiful restaurant on old town Mazatlan! I would definitely be coming back! The quality of the service, food and drinks is amazing. A little fine dining experience in the Historic District is a great way to end an evening with friends and family.

Pork shank was melt-in-your-mouth tender. I loved my ceviche paired with a red wine. Lovely atmosphere for lunch. Delicious mango ice cream.
