Diego's Beach & Grill

We have visited Diego's a couple of times over the last week and have really enjoyed it.
The location is wonderful, right on the beach.
The food and drinks were great.
The best part though has been the service. Yesterday we were served by Marco and Miguel who were really friendly. We will definitely be returning. Gracias!!

Nice restaurant by the beach, can't beat the location. Food was ok but not great. Went there for breakfast. Chilaquiles were super dry.

The food is great, beer is cold, and it's right on the beach ! What else could you ask for ? Go at sunset. The colors of the sky are amazing. Try the maple salmon ! 😋 👌 🍁

Seems like a popular spot for locals and expats. The octopus was tender and sweet and didn’t need extra sauce, however, It would’ve been better if the skin and jelly on the head was peeled before grilling. Beer was cold. The shrimp and chips is a total no from me though. And the pulpo y camarones para picar was a very small portion and bland. Service is usually quick and pretty attentive and the choice of music is trendy at a good volume for conversation. The bathrooms were dim but private. As with other spots along the beach there are multiple bands and vendors passing by so you’ll experience that and a lot of people hanging on the beach with family, friends, pets.

Part of the cruise excursion but a great lunch and a really nice beach. The service was great.

Great cozy restaurant right on the beach. I had an amazing bacon cheeseburger and fries, and then a heavenly ice cream sandwich. The staff was attentive and took great care of us. Live band on the beach when we arrived.

I absolutely adored Diego’s. Have gone back twice. It is on the beach, you smell the sea and see magnificent waves so close it feels you could touch them. All open which makes it cool without ac. You can sit at tables on the beach or go up to the wooden posts structure. Watching the sunsets from Diego’s is pure beauty. The place is nice and quiet Tuesday to Thursday, there is canned music Fri, Sat and Sun evenings. Closed Mondays

Fast service. Great view. Hidden local gem. Almost the best octopus we ever had. I had sweet salmon on pasta and it was DELICIOUS. I guarantee you will enjoy this place a lot.

Great place for live music on the beach. Staff is excellent, have had Alex as a waiter twice so far and he is always there when you ask and very friendly. Food is also very good, grilled octopus, oysters and lots of other seafood. Raphael the manager is a super nice guy too. Have spent many evenings talking with him.

Fantastic location with amazing sunsets, didn’t eat here but the drinks were cold and served fast!

French Toast was great! Watch out for the bees. Apparently, they love it as well! 😉 Great view!

We had several fun experiences here, it's a must go after a walk on the beach.
Loved the ceviche and the service.
