The food was the best we have had in a long time. We got the cinnamon bun French toast and it’s made from their amazing cinnamon buns drizzled with cream cheese icing. The cappuccino was a perfect addition.

Amazing owner Barbara and amazing waiter Lalo served us brunch this morning and it was divine! There is a wonderful selection of food from sweet to savory to authentic. We got a cinnamon bun to go because we just couldn’t leave it there! Both of our meals were delicious and the coffee was hot!

This is such a nice little restaurant that has amazing breakfast and lunch dishes that are all made by scratch; catering a little of everything for people with dietary restrictions(g/f, vegan, esc.). A great coffee and tea menu, and delicious bakery items. The owners and their employees are super friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. Also they are dog friendly.

This place has the BEST cinnamon rolls that I have had in Mazatlan... I love cinnamon rolls and have tried them in several places around town. Usually, I am underwhelmed. These, on the other hand, are not too bready, not too pastry-like, but the perfect, tender, moist, in-between. Plus, they have cream cheese frosting, which is ideal in my opinion.

Service is always excellent, and the inside space is bright, charming, and comfortable. Black coffee is very good. I have also tried the smoothie bowl, which was a decent portion and had lots of toppings. I have not tried any savory dishes, but definitely will in the near future.

This establishment went above and beyond my expectations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was exceptional, the service was top-notch, and their smoothies, coffee, and tea were delicious. They offer a variety of fresh, healthy, and tasty dishes that cater to those who value their health and wellbeing. I highly recommend trying their spicy avocado toast! Overall, there is every reason to pay them a visit.

The best spot for a trendy breakfast and they have the best flat white coffee.

Love love love this place! Every food item I’ve tried was delicious, really. Clean and healthy. The presentation is lovely and the staff are so kind. Good wifi, good aesthetics, good prices. Tried their gluten free brownie and it was shockingly good. The only thing that I didn’t love was their dirty chai latte and golden latte. They were both a little grainy and weren’t the best flavor compared to when I’ve had those elsewhere. The beet hummus is delishhhh! My fav item is the Tazon or the Green Smoothie bowl. You definitely need to go, you won’t regret it.

What a great discovery. Excellent breakfast and lunch spot featuring beautifully presented, creative dishes that were a nice change to the common fare found in Mazatlan. I will go back to try more of the limited menu soon.

Amazing food. The owner, Kurt was so awesome and kind. His wife makes everything from scratch. Everything is made fresh- even the smoothies, buns, bread, it was the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. This place is an absolute must. The wellness shot was actually delicious as well. We loved it!!!!

Kept coming back for their maracuya smoothie and chilaquiles verdes with eggs instead of carnitas. Best breakfast/brunch spot in Mazatlan! Trendy decor with a lot of natural lighting, and the staff was very kind and attentive every time.

Lovely staff and food with menus in English and Spanish. We came here four times during our week holiday in Mazatlan and loved it.

Came here our first day then every morning for breakfast in Mazatlán. Best food, service, coffee—highly recommend! Great and hard-to-find vegan options. Bread and homemade beet hummus is fantastic. Get the wellness shot. We will miss this spot!

This breakfast and brunch spot is honestly on par or better than anything back in San Diego. A huge range of very healthy options. They have an excellent menu, plenty of options for the discerning palate, wellness shots, smoothies, bakery options, large tea menu (rooibos, golden milk, jasmine, etc) non-dairy substitutes, smoothie bowls, alkaline water. Ingredients taste fresh, bread is freshly baked. I had the salmon which is served with herbs and pistachio on sourdough.
For all of your Instagram influencers, this place looks like it was made for it. Photographs beautifully, the exterior area is in an enclosed small courtyard that is open to natural light

This is my new favorite place in Mazatlán, breakfast is delicious, you can also request special meals and even had an early beer, the cinnamon or chocolate rolls are amazing. Overall this restaurant has the coolest vibe downtown and the food is excellent, can’t wait to go back.

Had a lovely breakfast at La Olivia's. We enjoyed great coffee, a delicious shrimp toast and a tasty breakfast burger. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Barbara, as always, talked with us and checked that we were happy with our meals and service. We love going to La Olivia's and highly recommend this lovely restaurant.

Great vegan options -- the beet hummus in the tazon bowl and toast duet is fantastic, and they have amazing vegan muffins that we ate almost every day we were there.

Love these guys…. They have by far the best coffee AND i brought my cup & they happily (while appropriately laughing at me) made me a latte to go. Then i figured out they have take out 🤣
