Hotel Veracruz Centro Histórico

Great location and welcoming staff. Hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, as well as the artisan market/mercado artesanal, the puerto/the port, and the iconic La Parroquia cafe. The AC was great, the room space was great, I could work from the hotel, and there were 2 bottles of water which were a blessing in the heat. Check in was quick even though we checked in after 9:30pm.

I'm from Philippines. Excellent stay in this hotel, the staff is very friendly the food is Great and Delicious. They also have Daily Room services like cleaning and changing bed covers, put on a new soap, lotion, shampoo and bottled water. Also very near to beautiful places and in a center of the city.

Best stay in Mexico in the centre of historic centre! A brisk walk will take you to the shops if you like get something.
Food menu was quite interesting and delicious as well.
No any problems occurred to me during my time of stay.
Helpful staff in the reception.
Room condition was perfect and well maintained.

Right on the historic town square (Zocalo). Spectacular setting and experience. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and friendly. Great dining and music all around.

I was there on April 2021, was very comfortable, the service and the room are good. There are many places that you can visit because they are near from the hotel, in fact in the night is beautiful the different kind of events in the main square.

Personally I liked it because its an historic building located in the heart of Veracruz. The price is reasonable. As an old building, does not have all the goodies as the new buildings but, has air conditioning and ok service.

Friendly staff and in a great location. You can't beat the price rate. The rooms are very clean and nicer than most hotels I have stayed at in the United States.

Staying in this hotel everytime when in Veracruz. Right in the heart of centro historico, few steps from Zocalo that's surround by street vibes, market, lot of restaurants and street performers. Hotel is really nice and comfortable. Amazing price for room/day, wifi however could be better.

This hotel has a premium location, downtown of veracruz, next to " Los portales" and few blocks away from the "malecon". close to point of interest. It has a pool, not big , but enought to enjoy it. No jacuzzi. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. The elevator is under renovation, so you need to use the staff elevator, however it move fast.
The room is not modern but comfy.
i will definetely come back to this hotel in my next vacation.
