I have rented from Mex over 5 times last year and contrary to a lot of reviews here, I have had a great experience each time. The prices and promotions are great, the service at the counters and the cars have always been great. We have had zero complaints or issues ever. Ricardo, has excellent customer service. He worked with us to give us the best deal he could find for us. His customer service skills are excellent and explains the charges thoroughly. So we know what to expect. The car was very clean, nice and update. We appreciate him taking care of us. Better service than Hertz or any rental car company I have rented for.

Ricardo was great called him he said he had a car we showed up as a nice clean newer model vehicle full of gas and ready to go last-minute reservation he made sure we had a car. This location is on Avenue Americas we will definitely be back in the future thanks again Ricardo

En cuanto las sucursales de Guadalajara, el servicio de 100. Muy dispuestos y atentos a dar sus mejores precios, claros en las indicaciones y diferencias entre los seguros que ofrecen y muy aprehensivos en cuanto a dar un día extra o dos horas extra para la entrega del vehículo. Estamos más que satisfechos con el servicio. Muchas gracias!

La renta es de las más económicas, los coches están en buenas condiciones, la atención en sus 3 sucursales es muy amable y todo el personal es genial más los de la sucursal de las rosas solo les falta un sanitario para cuando tienes una emergencia 😊
