My wife and I bought a vanity from here. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. They explained everything in detail so there were no misunderstandings. We special ordered our vanity and we received it on time just like promised. Would highly recommend them.

I just figured out they are ripping people off. I went in looking for some cheap bunk beds. I was quoted $499 for the Robbinsdale Twin Over Twin Bunk Bed Without Underbed Storage and $70 delivery. I googled the bed and on living spaces they go for $450 with the underbed storage. I decided to go to Mor furniture and found good quality wood bunk beds for below $400 and only $50 delivery and set. I'm disappointed and in the past I purchased a beautiful modern glass dining set with black leather seats and paid about $900 + $100 for delivery. I am now wondering how much this dinning set really is. I tried to support small business but never again.

I’m going to have to give this place a 1 star. I found them on offer up, contacted the seller and they took forever to respond. When I finally was able to schedule an appointment to see the vanities they had sent me the wrong address. We did a couple of turns around Broadway and were able to locate the place, when I got there it was busy. They had two customers already there. I walked in and told the guy there that I had an appointment and he told me to wait. I literally waited in my car for like 30 min and my boyfriend and my baby started getting frustrated so I went in. I saw a lady in the back who was helping another customer with a credit application and told her I was interested in a gray vanity. She looked at me and told me it was sold. I respond to her (“yes, it’s sold to me. I am the person that had the appointment to buy this vanity) then she said oh yes, I’ll be with you shortly. I went to my car for another 40 minutes and still nothing. My boyfriend started to get really upset because we were going on 2 hour wait and our baby was crying in the car. The lady was taking her sweet time running the other customer’s credit check, even though she knew I had a prior appointment and cash in hand, I finally got down again went up to the lady and told her I was in a rush and I needed to know if she was going to sell me the vanity or not. She apologized but at this point I was really upset. I received 0 customer service or professionalism from her or the guy. I DON’T recommend. The only reason why I waited was because of the positive reviews and how pretty the vanities looked but I totally regret doing so, not worth my time or money. The other thing that I noticed was that I over heard the lady offering lightbulbs to the customer with the credit application but didn’t even have the courtesy to offer me any for the wait. Ugh bad bad bad experience, left a sour taste in my mouth. As far as the vanity itself, the material is not too great. The paint looks cheap as if they used spray paint on it. If you are looking for quality and good customer service, go elsewhere, not here. Not planning to go back ever again!

I had my parents go here, they had their heart set of 2 different types of bedroom sets. They decided to get a set for them and my cousins. They put money down and was happy. The next day the sales paper had the same sets for not only less but you have 3 days to fully decided before sales final...my parents went back and was told sorry we cant refund you but can give you something else....why would they want anything when they found great prices at another store??? I have never heard 2 days after you put money down you are not allowed to change your mind 2 days....it is sad they treat my parents like that a great lesson dont jump on the first thing you ses shop around first.
