Panadería Leia

Panadería Leia has been a La Manzanilla staple for many years. She offers a huge variety of sweet & savory items: muffins, tarts, cakes, breads, rolls, pies, cheesecakes, homemade sweet & spicy jams, and more! My favorites are the Jalapeño & cheese Pigs-in-a-Blanket and the Brioche rolls. On Saturday she offers Apple Fritters, but a limited quantity. Love having this small business in town.

What a great bakery this is! From the sweet delights to the savory muffins and delicious breads this is possibly one of the best bakeries I’ve been to. For the health-conscious, the muffins and bread are great. For those with a sweet tooth, the sticky buns and apple fritters, can’t be beat. And don’t forget the variety of cakes and cookies. Two of my favorites are the lemon cake and the peanut butter chocolate pie. I will definitely see you there.

Great loaves, wonderful cinnamon buns and muffins. Must be there early otherwise sells out.

What a gem to have in La Manzanilla. Everything here is outstanding. The Ginger Cookies were excellent and the Double Chocolate Cookie was possibly the best I've ever had. Yum!
