The pork here is bomb! I will definitely be back for the Cubano and the ribs eventually since the burrito was this good. Also, go to the bathroom and look up. I don't know about the men's, but the women's has some really cool whimsical art in it.

Delicious spot, with some of the best roasted pork. Their menu is perfect for a solid, tasty, rich meal - great selection of Mezcal and other drinks, and great beers.

I had their version of the Cubano and it was perfectly what I was looking for - perfect pork, great frying of the bread, and delicious additions. I highly recommend. I had it with 7 Leguas Blanco tequila, making a nice, sweet accompaniment.

Definitely returning.

This place is bomb. Super excited that they finally have a full time location. We had been following them around to events and pop ups for a few years and love what they have grown into.

The Korean tacos are bomb. I usually get one of the sandwiches served as a salad with no bread. Their wine list is great, if not a little expensive (some spectacular choices but not a lot of inexpensive choices).

A delicious gastropub in the northwest corner of the Chapultepec neighborhood. I had a salad and soup there and it was very delicious.

El estilo del grupo "I latina" está súper presente. Los platillos son porciones justas para degustar el sabor. Ingredientes frescos y de calidad hacen la diferencia en cada mordida. Recomiendo probar diferentes platillos y empezar con una deliciosa mimosa. Buena música y un excelente servicio.

Autentico sabor cubano. El ambiente es muy agradable.

El guacamole con chicharrón y cecina como entrada. Tacos de pork belly (3) y la torta cubana como plato fuerte.

Una delicia. Volveré muy pronto.

Es un lugar súper agradable.

Todo muy rico y muy buen servicio. Los domingos ofrecen brunch con muy buenas opciones. Recomiendo la torta ahogada, está deliciosa.

Comer cerdo en todas sus presentaciones, en un gran sitio y con buena cheve. Chancho se ha consolidado de inmediato, con sus tacos coreanos, bollos vietnamitas, orejas de cerdo fritas, entre otros platillos imperdibles. Este otro sitio de Guadalajara, obligado para visitar en algún momento. Es fácil de reconocer por su cerdo de neon en su muro principal. PD. También hay platos para vegetarianos.
