Trying to get information to make an appointment for a family member. Reception refused to give the name of the doctor that provides the implant services

added 11/17 - I appreciate your response, but don't appreciate your receptionist blocking me and not answering my calls this morning, I was hoping to clear things up with you as a professional. Your receptionist could guide people to the process that works for your team and the patient, not treat people like they have bad intentions by default. I was never offered any information about who you are, or even your experience from your receptionist. Happy to discuss directly with you how this situation could have been avoided, if you feel it is worth your time. All I was doing was looking for a well-qualified doctor I could recommend for a family member. Remember, the only reference I had for you was a google search and a web page that doesn't list 1 doctors name as a reference, only the various clinics. I hope your other clinics handle customer inquiries in a more professional manner and guide the prospective patients through the process in a manner that works for your team.
