It was a pleasure meeting the staff and staying at your facility. And it is certainly a pleasure to say how wonderful our stay in room 201 (Master king suite) was. It turned out to be exactly as depicted on the website, with wonderful views over the town, of el Xihuingo and the picturesque downtown with them gorgeous sunsets and if you are an early bird the singing birds in the morning if you open the windows. The room has a living room and outside sitting area, both were large, well equipped and comfortable, the bedroom is luxurious mexican colonial styling, the building well-maintained, brand new and quiet. The hotel has security, and off site parking. No gym at this location but you are able go to a partner hotel and use the gym, a 5 min walk. All was spotlessly clean (one and only complaint -- occassionally they would forget to leave towels/toilet paper and when you asked for towels the staff charged you 30MXN not what you expect from a luxury hotel).The hotel could not be better located, it sits above an OXXO and Farmacia Guadalajara, and your suggestions both in person and in the flier at the front desk provided an insider's view of the city. Thank you to the night staff as they were fabulous and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Always with a smile and professional attitude. I must also compliment the rest of the staff, especially Alfredo Quezada the quality control manager / Maria Fernanda and the day staff, big kuddos! Give it a try, you will not be disappointed, it's a boutique hotel with excellent staff, great location and stellar facilities.

Stayed here while on a business trip for just a night. Very modern Spanish mexican decor. Beds and rooms were quite colorful and very clean. Outside of hotel is a small plaza, church grounds, not much after avtally. But great service and internet connection and felt safe as well. Place to stay while in town.

Best hotel in town and best beds and comforters ever. This place is cozy, convenient, and has a great restaurant. Friendly staff, great customer service.

Excelente servicio, un lugar muy acogedor y privado. La terraza ideal

Muy bonito el hotel, ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, todo muy limpio y la atención muy buena, las habitaciones son amplias y los baños muy cuidados, el estilo colonial con lo moderno está muy bien mezclado, el personal es muy amable y servicial.

Es un hotel muy bonito, la construcción es nueva y con excelentes acabados. Sábados y domingos hay desayuno buffet, es bueno y el precio es muy razonable. Está ubicado en el centro de Tepeapulco, a un lado del antiguo convento franciscano. Es un buen lugar para hacer base y visitar los alrededores como la laguna de Tecocomulco, la ex hacienda de Xala, etc. Desde Pachuca son solo 40 minutos de camino.

Muy buena experiencia, un hotel muy confortable, sencillo, comida muy buena y excelente servicio. El único problema es que cuenta solo con 10 habitaciones lo que hace un poco difícil reservar para varias personas.

Muy bonito hotel en el centro de Tepeapuco además puedes disfrutar de un rico desayuno tipo buffet y comida y visitar los lugares que tiene Tepeapuco: como son la casa de Cortes, el museo arqueológico, la iglesia de San Francisco de Asís, la zona arqueológica de xihuingo ( centro ceremonial teotihuacano) y mucho más; visita esta ciudad con mucha historia colonial y prehispánica

El servicio es muy bueno y el hotel con unas toallas y ropa de cama practicamente nuevas se agradece mucho el buen mantenimiento del lugar

Me gustó mucho el servicio y la calidad de los alimentos, tienen una variedad considerable y opciones para todos los gustos. Recomiendo asistan a si buffet los fines de semana.

Excelente lugar para descansar, en un ambiente rústico y tranquilo, instalaciones limpias y buen servicio.

Hotel comodo, atención personalizada y cálida de todo el personal, la comida es buena y el ambiente familiar. Considero que es el mejor hotel en Tepeapulco y Sahagún. El inconveniente es que es difícil acceso para persona con alguna discapacidad motriz
