It's an amazing cinema, very clean, quick and good service. Also, the sound and the chairs are of excellent quality and it wasn't the VIP. Also, it's very interesting that there is free water for everyone at the entrance which is amazing! Very recommended!

Very nice staff and seating

We spend a little extra and got VIP - it did not disappoint- the food is so so, typical for a theatre but the seats were great, comfortable and the view was good

Purchasing the tickets was easy and the assistance from Alejandro at the concession stand was a plus due to the fact that I speak very little Spanish.

Clean and friendly staff. Always showing latest movies.

Great place definitely return

I went to the Cinemex platino first in the Galerías and enjoyed it so I assumed I didn’t need to go to this one but I ended up trying it out and I have to say they won me over. There attention and amazing response time for the VIP service is great. They had everything the menu said unlike Cinemex that had 1/3 of there menu. Also the food was nice and warm. The prices are relative to Cinemex platinum maybe a few pesos of difference but it’s well worth it. My new go to theater!

Great experience at Cinépolis. I went to see the new Jumanji movie here and bought tickets for their VIP theater. I bought a mix of their cheddar and butter popcorn which were both delicious. The seats were big and comfortable and they reclined. The theatre also provided blankets! You can order your food/drinks either inside the theatre from the comfort of your own chair, or you can get it outside before you go in.

It's a very nice movie theatre. They are respecting all the protocoles. It was my 1st VIP experience and I loved it. Staff are kind and helpful
