The staff is so nice and extremely kind, the Manager Ms. Xóchitl take care of us in case of any issues and she really take her job seriously.

Incredible experience - beautiful rooms, beautiful grounds, great food, very nice staff. We were lucky to stay on a weekday, and the place was almost all to ourselves.

Great place to go for the day. Or stay at hotel, cabins or camping. Clean and well managed. You can fish, even rent rods and bait etc. You can take the fish home or they can cook it for you. Worth visiting.

I went to an annual wine festival (Maridando Mexico) and everything was excellent, the food, the wine, the waiters, and the live shows. You must know there's a different entrance and cost ($40 pesos, about $2 dollars) if you want to visit the famous Chautla Hacienda (Ex-hacienda de Chautla), with Gillow's Castle.

We didn't really stay the night but we had a great time in the hotel. Apart from the rainy weather, everyone was very polite and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit. Hopefuly soon enough

Amazing place to stay! The ex hacienda is so beautiful and the castle is just amazing! Top place to stay in the middle of a forest, with great views and nice activities around.

It is a colonial ranch, beautiful rooms, great and friendly atention. The pool is a really interesting concept and the spa section is well succeeded but temzcal missing.

A very quiet and amazing place, I strongly recommend it. That's a little bit expensive, but no too much places like this in San Martin.
