Again I eat here everyday I am in Cuernavaca. The aim to please in every way they can. Short on help. You can't beat it for the price and food

Sometimes the ingredients make a dish not what you expect it. Such was the case today. Which is unlike VIPS as I have dine here often and it has always been great. Today the meal was not up to par and I did not eat it, it's nobody's fault. It happens. What seldom happens is a rebuttal from management but it was such today as the manager came to see me twice once to offer me an alternative meal without a charge; the other to advise me there was no charge for it. I don't expect anything for free. But the attention to detail to every customer made this situation a very pleasant one. My sincere thankfulness to the manager Ms. Vanessa Nuñez

Cuernavaca VIPS, really nice, clean place. Waitresses are very attentive, great accomodations for handicapped visitors, plenty parking space and security. Nice, elevated viiew of blvd, and many screen tvs to watch games.

Excelente como siempre.
Recomiendo cambiar las tazas despostilladas porque alguien puede cortarse y la verdad se ven horribles; de dos en la mesa las dos despostilladas 🥲 Una lástima que sean nuevas y hayan salido de tan mala calidad.
