An amazing site in the middle of the town. Worth climbing to get the views and to feel the victory of making it to the top.
It is a bit sad that this amazing pyramid is all that’s left of a once majestic Maya city, but history isn’t always kind.

La pirámide es enorme!

Muy alta y aunque no esté descubierta en su totalidad es impresionante, la vista que se tiene desde arriba hacia todo el pueblo de Izamal vale la subida!

Después de visitar la piramide kinich kakmo se agradece encontrar una paletería de frente, nos tocó visitarla, refrescarnos un poco para al salir nos refrescara la lluvia

Het bijzondere van deze Pirámide is dat hij midden in de stad ligt en vrij te bezoeken is. Je kunt omhoog klimmen en hebt dan een schitterend uitzicht over de stad. Maar loop ook om de pirámide heen, dan ervaar je pas hoe groot hij was.
