We love this place. Manni and his
staff are excellent, friendly and attentive. You can count on good food and a great vibe. Within walking distance from the marina. A great find.

Great Place, Great Food, and honestly the best Margarita's around. They are not sweet like everywhere else and are well balanced.

They also have a pool table and great views.

Great place owned by a very amicable young entrepreneur. Had the quesadillas and fajitas, both of which were delicious.

My wife and I stumbled upon this hidden gem after having lunch and some drinks at Mary's Restaurant. We walked up the hill behind Mary's and took a right at the top of the hill to grab a cervasa as it was quite a hike up there. And right above the store was a bar called "The View". Really cool vibe and the view is amazing. We will definitely go back next time we a re in Barra De Navidad. 🍹🍻🍺

The View is a wonderful family owned and operated restaurant located in the village of Colimilla which is a short water taxi ride over from the town of Barra de Navidad.

Manuel and Emma have done a fantastic job with this restaurant. As the name says, it definitely has a great view.

More importantly is the delicious food that they prepare. They have a wide variety of items to satisfy everyone. The service everything from authentic Mexican dishes to excellent pizza and AMAZING wings. Manuel also makes a mean margarita! If you are staying down at The Grand Bay Hotel or the marina, you can even get delivery!

If you are over in Barra de Navidad or Melaque I highly recommend you take the short water taxi ride over to Colimilla and head up the hill to the view. You won't be disappointed!

Highly recommend! Beautiful and cozy restaurant on the second floor with a great view of the lagoon and nice breeze. Home cooked meals— excellent tender octupus and yummy cheeseburger. Fantastic guacamole and chips. Full bar and wonderful service by the husband and wife owners. Dont mss it when you are in Barra

It is one if the best restaurant on this island for me this is home this is where I grew up when I was a child this place give me a good memories I love this place and the food .
