Brunch time tacos
Tacos at brunch time are filled with meals that you won't easily find when you have tacos at night. The meals is what you have in a usual "almuerzo" in Mexico. Alejandro "El Güero" and Esther cook these delicious tacos filled with: chicharrón en salsa (pork tender skin cooked in a red chile not spicy hot sauce), barbacoa (steamed shredded tender beef), mole sauce with chicken (you know mole, right? ), refried beans tacos. They also serve asada (beef) tacos and more. They are topped with optional shopped cilantro and onion. The salsas are delicious pico de gallo, spicy hot salsa roja and verde made with serrano peppers and garlic, very tasty. The tortillas used for the tacos are from tortillería, very soft and do not break.
To drink try agua fresca (fresh fruit - cantaloupe, pineapple - shaked in the blender with water or iced hibiscous tea -agua de jamaica- ).
