Cafe Macondo

Super. Cool. We hung out in the back, off the street, and enjoyed perfectly crafted cocktails in the lounge. It's in an old movie theater that suffered an earthquake years ago, and the transition from that to a funky club/restaurant/bar has been a success. They played killer tunes and took care of us very well.

My husband, sister-in-law and I came across Cafe Macondo as we were strolling along the city center of coastal San Patricio, Melaque, Jalisco. We wanted to stop for a quick espresso and coffee. What first attracted us was the outdoor seating, next to the plaza. As we walked up, we saw the lights leading to a long hall. The room Astounded is as it opened up into a huge hall adorned with tropical trees, decorative lights, spacious seating and live musicians setting up.

We immediately decided to stay. Though we only stayed for drinks, they were all great. I recommend the Tisanas, which is a delicious blend of teas, herbs, dried fruits all infused together in a passion fruit base. I definitely recommend this hidden gem.

This is a fantastic spot in Melaque. It's an old theater turned into an amazingly cool space with beautiful acoustics! Music 6 nights a week! They serve breakfast and lunch daily then reopen for dinner and fantastic live latin entertainment. You MUST check it out!

Bonito lugar, al parecer es un antiguo cine adaptado a cafetería. Ambiente agradable, buena comida y servicio atento. Cobran comisión por pago con tarjeta.

Una gran propuesta y concepto. Me encantó el ambiente y la atención, todos super amables. La comida no es lo mejor, sin embargo el café es delicioso, lo recomiendo en su visita a Melaque. Por las noches tienen música en vivo, excelente para la precopa. En general las bebidas son muy buenas. Gracias!

Comí muy rico, al estar en pie de calle y ése día había mucha gente por ser temporada muy alta de vacaciones fue un poco estresante, pero igual también es bueno ya que no se hace tan aburrido.

Toda una joya en este rincón de melaque , ordenamos pasta con camarones, hamburguesa, unas alitas y cada uno de los platillos delicioso! Super recomendado, música en vivo y precios accesibles , el lugar limpio y el servicio muy amable! Nos vamos satisfechos y complacidos, un lugar que no te decepcionará ;)

Excelente lugar para tomar cerveza, café o un buen postre con música versátil en vivo. Hoy es sábado y está muy agradable el ambiente. El lugar un poco fuera de serie, bodega en desuso que le da un toque friki

Me gusta mucho su música, el lugar y la atención del personal, en especial del chico de barra que es el que siempre toma mis pedidos, es súper atento y amableme me parece es el propietario del lugar; soy vegana y siempre tienen la disposición para prepararme comida sin carne, huevos y lácteos 🤟🏻
