If I could give zero stars I would give zero. This store has absolutely disgusting service. I ordered my bed in December and was told it would be delivered to my house two weeks later. When the delivery day was approaching, I called to confirm that it was still coming and asked for a time. They then told me it was delayed and that it would be delivered the following week. At this point I wasn’t upset at all and said no problem (although they should have called me to tell me this and not wait for me to contact them). Again I did the same the following week and was told the same thing….again no one contacted me and waited for me to contact them. This happened again two more times. Now a month after I was supposed to receive the bed. I was then told it was delayed an entire month (so it would now not arrive until the end of February). I asked how this would be resolved. They told me they would send me a loaner bed. I asked when it would arrive they told me the following week. The loaner bed took an entire month to arrive. Which brought me to the beginning of Feb. I asked then when the bed would be arriving. They assured me they had many issues like this and they were getting on top of the problem with their provider and the bed would be delivered no later than March 22. It is now March 24 and guess what no bed. I’ve asked them for my money back and they have said they won’t be giving it back to me for at least 25-30 days. Or I can wait and my bed will arrive April 20, that would be more than 4 months after I bought the bed and who knows if it will actually arrive April 20. So they get to keep my money for something I bought and never received for a month or longer because who knows if I’ll actually get my money back in 25-30 days. Oh and did I mention most times I tried to contact them they completely ignored me and didn’t respond until I kept pushing for days. Trust me when I say you will be beyond disappointed if you ever purchase from the store. I’m absolutely outraged at the level of disgust from this company.

One month after purchasing the bed, 11 days after we were told it would arrive. Days of calling the Merida store and them telling us not to leave the house because they promise that the bed will arrive for TWO days, and calling the Mexico store and chatting online with Ashley “customer service” the bed has finally arrived today (not at noon when we were told).

It not only arrived with dings and scratches that the movers “covered” with pen but it is literally broken. There is a huge piece in the frame that has been reinforced with screws and covered with paint and the wood is STILL splintering. I was told In the Merida store that the floor furniture CANNOT be sold with scratches on it! Let alone literally broken. More than 22 thousand pesos for what is essentially a used price of furniture. We should have went into the store like we told the manager we were going to for the last two days, but she kept saying it would be there today and today and today. If this is an American store being used here than it should be of America quality, which is actually quite nice, let alone the customer service. Very unfortunate.

Esta empresa no entrega lo comprado. Se quedaron con mi dinero y no hay como comunicarse. Se esconden para no devolver el dinero.
Van meses que lucho por mi dinero y nada.

Sigo esperando mi reembolso. Pésima empresa, se quieren quedar con mi dinero.

Pésimo servicio, entrenaban las cosas incompletas y cuando llamas para hablar con la gerente, los vendedores la niegan y se pasan la bolita unos a otros. No vuelvo a comprar en la tienda de Mérida.
