I cannot say enough about Victor and his assistant for the help and kind demeanor that settled me down as I was working on a project when my internet stopped...that was not a problem with Victor as they quickly replaced my T-Mobile Gateway with a new unit, entered the required info to reset my user info and I was on my way.
People marvel and ask me why I have been a member of T-Mobile for 16 yrs and I cite this story along w/others, because of their OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE that you can't put a price on this!!

We entered nearly at closing time on Sunday. The 2 employees were cleaning and very friendly upon greeting us. The service was surprisingly quick and I was provided a brief recommendation on lowering my bill due to an oversight by a different store who added service I hadn't requested. Considering that some employees usually want to rush customers off near the end of their shift, the thoroughness of service provided here was helpful and appreciated. Thanks!

Had a great experience since the minute we entered the building, Juan and Alex greet us in an excellent mood. Great customer service and explained to us thoroughly about our services we wanted and gave us many promotions they had this day. If you need a new phone, don’t hesitate to ask for these two great guys they always go above and beyond to help you in any way you can! Thanks for all the hard both of you do here! It is greatly appreciated! Will be coming to this store again for my future needs!

Very friendly atmosphere, was attended by Ashlee Flores with very happy and good attitud and was very attentive and answered all our questions and concerns. Offered us very good advice and service in our new phones. Will definitely come back and get new phones once we are able to update to newer ones.
