I had a horrible experience of refunding with the shop.

I went to the shop and I asked if I can return items, then the staff said, yes you can return it within 30 days.
So I bought a product that I wasn’t sure if I want it or not to see if it matches to my clothes.
Next day I decided to return and went to the store. Then the same staff said you can’t return, only exchange. I was confused and confirmed of what he said yesterday. He was asking his manager and he gave me the store’s accountant email to receive the refund via my bank (he said it’s because they don’t have a system to refund to your credit card).
But In the end, the accountant, another staff and the manager of the store said they can’t refund. The name of store is empathy store but there’s no empathy at all.
