AT&T Store

AT&T’s customer service rep Daniel greeted us right away and helped us immediately. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional--and he had our technical problem resolved within several minutes. I also made a purchase from him before leaving the AT&T store, and I was very satisfied with his additional help in making my selection. I highly recommend AT&T’s cellular service and products.

Great store. Great customer service. I will only come to this store in eastlake. Specifically Aixa helped me with promotional upgrades making the experience smooth and stress free! For all my future att needs I will be coming back to Aixa for the best experience!

I went into the store. I had a very short wait less than 5 minutes. I sat down with someone that I had spoken to before all the different occasion. He helped me with my situation and I'm a very happy customer. David

Tony was very professional and explained each step of my transaction. I bought a new iphone and he explained the differences of the new (iphone 15 and 14). Also he helped me purchase the basic Direct TV package so I can get out of mg cable company which was costing me a lot compared to the basic Direct TV package which was all I needed.

I just wanted to take the time out of my day to write the gentlemen Erick a review from this location that he was very professional, had a lot of understanding & patience towards resolving a new customer's case (me) that took two days to get everything situated for my services to be rendered to me. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole entire process & went above & beyond to make another customer leaving happy & satisfied. I'm glad I chose AT&T for my internet service. Thank You.

Very helpful in getting an insurance claim for a water damaged phone started. Got that replacement phone in 24 hours! Then they helped getting the data restored!
Great advice on getting new phones too.

I got greeted the moment I walked in and was immediately helped. Jorge was very friendly, knowledgeable, and shared personal experiences to help me decide which phone and services to get. Overall happy with the service at the store as well as my new phone.

Tony knew what he was doing great job. I know in the evening the cut staff but it is not fair to the customers who work all day and have to wait 10 minutes or more to be assisted.

We'd like to compliment one of your employees, Vanessa, for the excellent service she provided us last week. Vanessa helped transfer all our data onto a different phone. While doing this process, she was attentive and answered all our questions. We believe patience is the building block to exceptional customer service. We have always been pleased with the service we receive at your Eastlake branch.

These ladies set the standard and example of what great customer service and professionalism should look like. I was EXTREMELY pleased with how Zuleima assisted me with my situation. She was very patient, personable, detailed and professional. I will never go to another AT&T store location for service as long as Zuleima and Itza are working here. 10/10
Absolutely Outstanding!!

After spending all day (5hrs) and speaking to at least 6 different people on the phone to get my phone fixed and being unsuccessful. Speaking to 2 people from another country who had hard time comprehending. Then having another employee insinuating it was racial, by stating they have employees from many different backgrounds. Then I had to clarify it wasn’t a background issue but an English comprehension issue, and that I was a POC
I went to the store and had it fixed in 15 min. This was on Monday before the 4th of July. I should’ve just done that to begin with so I wouldn’t have been aggravated most of the day

This is my second encounter with Jorge. He is absolutely one of the best AT&T store employees I’ve encountered in my over 40 years of having AT&T as my phone company (land as well as mobile)! He is extremely knowledgeable, bright, friendly, efficient & professional at all times. This particular time he took the time to investigate & saved me from purchasing a new iPad when I had no idea I was covered by insurance. He was so helpful & even tried to see if he could see what might be wrong with my iPad. Last time he helped me at up my new iPhone 13 pro. Being a nearly 72 year old retired executive director, I need all the help I can get for these things! He’s also very patient & understanding & at no time did I feel pressured to hurry up or to purchase as I have at sometime in the past. He is an outstanding representative of AT&T who could train others in customer service.

Beyond impressed with the customer service and patience that Arturo & Mike provided for me. I don’t usually go out of my way to write a review whether positive or negative , but when you get treated with the quality of professionalism that I received it is only fair. This will be my Go To location moving forward. Thank you Eastlake ATT for the phenomenal service. Truly appreciated.

Amazing costumer service!
Ordered the new iPhone 14 for my daughter and I had some issues connecting it, had to go to the apple store twice and both time they kept telling me it’s the phone and to go back to AT&T - so we did and thank you Paola she gave us the best service and actually foxed the issue

I came into the store 3 days ago with my mom so she could upgrade her phone. I also needed to upgrade my phone, my husband's phone, my oldest son's phone and get a phone and start a new line for my youngest son. Carla was the associate that helped us. She was very friendly and helped us at top quality. The thing I appreciate the most with Carla is that she was honest and not pushy with trying to have us buy the most expensive phones. She was very patient with explaining the best packages and answering our questions. Carla was excellent to work with. I highly recommend asking for her when you go to this AT&T location.
