7-Eleven

This 711 is very big on the inside, very spacious between all the gandolas. The staff are friendly and polite. The food isn't that bad if you like eating 711 food. The store is kept clean and organized also.

Went here daily while staying at a hotel down the street. Good coffee, fruit and other items for breakfast. Very friendly staff, always greeted with a smile.

I hope this 7-11 goes back to it's normal 24 hours soon, it was very convenient to have it a 5 minute walk away.

Work a graveyard shift and I’m always relying on 7-Elevens “24-hour service” for a quick snack or coffee on-the-go, unfortunately this location always seems to be closed after 1am. Doesn’t even look like there is an employee parked anywhere nearby so he can open up. What a joke

Most unfriendly staff ever , over priced , and the only seven 11 i have been to that tried to nickle and dime everything. Was asked why i took five napkins when i got a cup of coffee. Was told by the clerk that i didnt need napkins to drink a cup of coffee. Also was watched by and employee while putting cream and sugar in the coffee. Almost as if he wanted to see how much i was going to use. I hate these type of businesses that want to nickle and dime everything. If your going to do that dont do business. I get you have to control cost but why would i go back to your business again if you are going to watch me put four sugars and four creamers in my coffee and then give me a hard time about taking five napkins . So bizarre

Not 24/7.

I had the most disturbing thing that happened to me at the 7-Eleven. I am a 7-Eleven rewards member and went to use my reward deal of a .99 cents Big Gulp. I made my drink and went to pay. The store clerk had no 7-Eleven work shirt and standing behind me. I asked if he worked here. He said , yes. I had him scan my bar code to get my discount to pay only .99 cents for the Big Gulp. Instead, the store clerk said we don't honor the .99 cents Big Gulp, and it costs $2.60. I was in disbelief and couldn't understand it. Yet, I saw the advertisement on the window. I hope other customers will try to get this 7-ELEVEN rewards and let me know the outcome. I wish I could give this place a negative score. This store clerk was very rude and unfair.

This place never has slurpees and never has any big gulp cups or flavors they are always watered down one time i had a stomach ache after a sip

This is a pretty nice 7-11. It’s fairly clean and has a great selection not found at every 7-11. That being said, a nice clean store only goes so far when you have aggravated employees who quickly snap at customers over things a normal cashier is expected to deal with. There are many items behind the counter and it can get frustrating to try and figure out what’s what but that isn’t any reason for your cashiers to short tempered and snap at customers. We all need to work together sometimes that means being a little patient, that’s why you’re in customer service. Without good customer service, those clean floors and fancy chocolates don’t mean anything
