I purchased a prof a pr.Of Chelsea Matte gray boots on April 7, 2022. I believe on a GMA show. In the meantime I fell. When I tried them on in October I could not fit my right foot into the boot. They are still in the original packaging with the box and bag they came in . I don’t want my money back I only need to exchange for a less restrictive pair of rubber boots.
I have left several messages and have not heard back from them. I have the packing slip also.
A call back from someone would be a good Customer Service response.
