Went in to buy a gift and Manny helped me out. I had never met someone so knowledgeable about the game of football or the Dallas Cowboys. He made the whole shopping experience fun and I found exactly what I needed because of all his suggestions. Will definitely be going back when I need another gift.

Always a pleasant shopping experience when I stop by this Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop. Love the new DC Caps. Bought my son's a cap each. Bought a pair of earrings for my granddaughter. She loved them ❤. Not expensive at all. Prices very competitive with other stores, but you can't beat the original Dallas Cowboys trademark material 👍👌.

Never have I seen such great authentic customer service. I walked in on Wednesday and was instantly greeted by manny, you can instantly tell he has a strong love for the store and its customers. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a tour of the store and its most popular products. He clearly knows what he’s doing and what he’s talking about. If he’s not a manager he definitely needs to be. I hope the next time I go I get to see manny because I know I will be cared for. Thank you manny for your above excellence customer care!!

I just did inventory for them, and I'm a 49er fan lol but the store was really neat the guys there are really cool and helpful, Im sure cowboy fans can find anything there. Great place to shop if you're a cowboy fan.....I highly recommend you shop there.

First time to this location, Awesome experience. Staff was very helpful. I explained to him it was for my husbands birthday and he totally went above and beyond helping me around the store and making reasonable recommendations. I really appreciated his help since I’m not familiar with the Cowboys players.

Stopped by and was greeted by Jose he was an awesome in customer service. He was very helpful and very friendly. I totally recommend this store. Inventory was better than what I expected. Bought every member of my family in California something from the store. Plan to visit the store again when I'm down to McAllen Tx again. Love them Cowboys!!!

Shout out to Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop in McAllen TX! We were there on vacation from Washington State visiting family, and I finally found a store that actually had in stock the women’s flannel pants. We made a large purchase and it didn’t get bagged with all our other stuff (by accident) and I didn’t realize it til we got to New Orleans! I called them and they still had it on the counter! They are taking care of the situation swiftly and I am getting it soon! Thank you to the Manager, Ricky, for your great service! (He remembered conversating with us when we were there 4 days ago!) I Highly recommend this TRUSTYWORTHY business! 5 Stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (We will be back when we come back down to visit family for sure!!) THANK YOU!

Great store. Compared prices with the sports store at La Plaza. Prices for the same jeresy were about 25-35 dollars different. Thanks Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop.
