Soccer Post Chula Vista

I've visited this place a couple times before making a purchase last week. Every time we visited the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Last week my daughter forgot her sweater there and they went out of their way to contact me so we can get it back. (Thank you!!) We will definitely be returning for our soccer needs.

This store is great, they helped me pick a brand new pair of Tiempos, and they fit exceptionally well. Will definitely be coming back.

Poor consumer experience, will take my business elsewhere. They were unwilling to accept an exchange on shoes that were "worn outside the store". They were not played in, did not show any wear or marks. In the 15 years of buying soccer cleats I have never been unable to exchange shoes until now.

100% unwilling to work with their customers. Buyer beware.

I was looking for shoes about a month ago and decided to try this place. The store is fine and nice but lacks in sizes. I decided to go for a size 9.5 US because they did not have my size 10. After getting home I tried them on for 10 minutes and felt that they did not fit me at all and had to refund them. A week passed by and when I went into the store and told the cashier to return them and told me in an attitude manner that they were worn out. I understand that they have almost invisible scratches on the plate but I also work retail and 9/10 times we do refunds without being so specific. I completely understand the worker's job (I want to highlight that the cashier had an attitude but there were two other men who did do a good job explaining to me) but it's really not noticeable to be considered worn out, I literally used them for 10 minutes just to see how they fitted. Now I have to keep these shoes that don't fit me or try to sell them at a price much lower than what I brought them from. I would not purchase here if you're unsure of your size or they don't have your regular size. From what I saw, don't even try returning or trying getting a refund from this place, they will look for any excuse to not do it.
