My phone had been stolen this weekend and Helen was an amazing help! She was straight to the point but also very friendly. Amazing help I couldn't have been making this review without her help!!

After being over charged by a previous employee that used to work here I was weary about returning. I believe her name was Helen. She helped me purchase a new phone and even moved all my information from the old one to the new one. Love the service. Greeted me with a smile and even told me to return if I have any questions. Definitely a level up.

I changed from another provider to Cricket since last summer.

I walked in just before closing and I was greeted with a smile and Helen and the other team member stayed an extra hour or so after closing to finish my purchases! Wow!

Today Helen called me about a program I was enrolled in that was not identifying I was enrolled in. She researched the problem and fixed it and called me to notify me it was good to go now.

I love it when the team at the store is happy to help you and goes over and beyond especially if I am not too familiar with how or why the situation is problematic.

Helen is "in the know" and "on point" regarding product and service!

I was just there and even though there were some inconveniences due to switching accounts Javier kept it professional and made it feel like a breeze. He explained everything well and offered us a great deal. I don't think I will regret this switch from t-mobile to cricket. I heard great things about this company and I sure will be back to purchase accessories or a new device perhaps. I was offered water while I waited and they were very polite and friendly. Everyone who walked in just felt familiar with Javier.
