Seaside Candy and Ice Cream

They had japanese items available which was very good for me, allergy warning clearing displayed AND i was excited to see thay have a real coin image smasher! ive been missing those! theres lots of really neat antiques on display, too

I love this nostalgic one stop shop. The breakfast and coffee is amazing. They really have so much to offer from the fudge and ice cream to vintage games and candies.

If you've never been here I suggest you make time. Bring your appetite!

Visited in Nov. it was like taking a step back in time. Very nostalgic. So many vintage candies and drinks.

This is my first time walking to this store and I loved every antique detail this store had for decorations. It’s a really lovely place and the guy there is nice and friendly ☺!

Love that this place is back open! So excited, and they have breakfast too!!! Will be bringing more people back ASAP. Grandkids were so excited for candy at 8:00 a.m. 🤣 ❤ lots of fun gifts and unique candy. Such a beautiful shop inside with nostalgic and retro options and old telephone booth, arcade games, juke box, diner style seating with gorgeous Penny designed tables 😍 must come to this place IB! The staff was beyond nice to our grandkids ❤

This place was a by chance discovery. It had a working vintage music player, an old phone booth, old school arcade games and even a parrot. Its laid back setting is great and Celeste helped us with our ice cream choices. 10/10 service and we will be back.

A must visit. If you like candy you will not be disappointed. The decorations were also cool to look at. The price was decent and very good chance we will be going back again.

We had a fabulous birthday party at Seaside Candy and Ice Cream last weekend. Angela, the owner and Lee, the events manager made sure everything was perfect for our day. The food was delicious, fresh and plentiful. The chef came and checked on us several times. Old time arcade games were so much fun to play while we waited for our "home-cooked" food to arrive. There's also lots of candy and other treats to purchase.
Each person chose their own favorite Thrifty ice cream flavor to go along with the special birthday cake made of stacks of French toast with whipped cream and fresh berries. Everyone in our party is an adult but folks from 3-103 would love this store. If I could give Seaside Candy and Ice Cream 10 stars, I would.

We first visited this place a few years ago and it was okay. Went this past week and found out new ownership took over about a year ago. Very impressed this trip. Very friendly service. They're also making some nice updates like an additional sitting area and expanded the patio seating. Yummy treats, great atmosphere, service with a smile.

Had breakfast this morning. Great food great service. Shot out to Craig, Mike, and Celeste for their awesome service great food and great price. Definitely will be coming back.

I have been at Imperial Beach Seaside Candy & Ice Cream on the weekend and this ice cream was definitely the best Ice cream I ate so far in San Diego! They had soo many flavors to choose from, each one was very delicious and some were also very special! The staff was super friendly and gave as free samples of fudge and ice cream to try! The price is awesome, I paid 3$ for a double scoop (see picture)! I would go there again, any time!

The sweetest lil sweet shop I've ever seen! Service was excellent, friendly staff full of smiles! The coconut pineapple ice cream was delicious yum yum! I will be back whenever I'm back in town, thanks for a great experience!

Cute candy shoppe by the beach with adjacent, rentable, indoor/outdoor 'party' room. We were able to have a food caterer set up shop outside and dancing inside. Can easily seat 50 people! Great little place, they were awfully accommodating!

The owner is amazing. She was extremely friendly and very helpful. They have a super fun selection of goodies and some things that just made us laugh. There was a birthday celebration going on when we came in. Everyone there invited us to have a live of cake with them. How fun!!
