AT&T Store

Thanks so much to David for his help!! I have not upgraded my phone in YEARS so I came in not really knowing what I wanted or what exactly I was looking for….so I really appreciate his help. He explained to me the options best for me and overall gave me a very quick and smooth sailing experience.

I showed up to upgrade my phone and i was helped put by JAY he was very helpful he answered everyone of my questions also let me know how to protect my passwords because I let him know that i was always getting hacked with my samsung. I am greatly appreciative with the help he has given me and also helped me transfer all of my information he went above and beyond amazing customer service… i really like the chemistry he had with his manager was an amazing time at this location

Raven is AWESOME!! We went in to get last minute Christmas gifts and she helped us out tremendously. She was so professional and charismatic, really the best shopping experience I’ve ever had!

I just got to say that this guys are awesome, I came with an issue on my old phone and the manager Jorge was great , he explained the benefits and new gadgets on the new phone, he was able to transfer all the information on my wife’s phone and got me sign up with aarp for for discounts. Unfortunately I originally went to an AT&T store down the road to unlock my phone and wasn’t given further instructions, so after being told my phone would unlock on its own after 48 hours I sat without a phone for two days until I went into this other store across the street and was given detailed instructions on what to do to get my phone working again, even with a new carrier since I’m moving out of the country.

Awesome, relaxed, non-salesman-ey personality where I could comfortably get something important taken care of. So glad I found Jorge, thank you so much!

Joel is the man with the plan literally. I fell in the pool and my iPhone 11 did not live up to the promise that it will be ok after a few seconds under water. Joel helped me out and I was able to maximize my dollars. I left with everything I wanted plus more. This guy Joel is an AT&T guru just go in and ask for him and watch him work his magic. Joel is a legend AND a Veteran! I called ATT customer service and got some rude guy who didn’t help me at all. I call my local ATT and Joel tells me to come on down and he’ll help me out. The man stayed past closing time to help me and my buddy and I will forever be grateful in him helping me with my sisters birthday present even though he could have closed down. Thank you for your service Joel and keep up the awesome work!!!!

Came in to the store with lot's of isues and Jorge was the best, he helped in every way, my insurance issue was resolved, my bill issue was fixed and no other store wanted to help, I was at a point of almost canceling, but Jorge help me and showed me all the benefits of having Art. Joel was very knowledgeable, professional, and had great customer service. I had many issues trying to switch my account over to AT&T. Joel took care of them all. During my time there, I observed him deal with several other customers, all with the the same professionalism. I would highly recommend him and that store for great service.

Thank you Joel ! It was the best customer service ever. I went to 4 different AT&T stores asking for help but none of them could help me. Joel was able to solve my problem in a few minutes without any difficulty and did what everyone else said they couldn't do. Joel is an amazing representative! He advised me and how to gain access to my phone after forgetting my pin. I had to make an insurance claim however I will be sending everyone I know to him and this store. Once again Joel thank you for your outstanding service.

Came with a problem regarding my bill amount and some other things that the corporate store wouldn’t even budge at. Pietro is the man. He took his time to understand what my concern was about att as a whole and he took care of me and the fam. Got us a new line for only 15$ a month and on top of that lowered my bill by 70$ freaking dollars. Thank you once again pietro!!!
