Very nice staff, we buy my puppy her dog food and we've bought some toys, leashes and collars. They have good promos and send emails frequently on discounts for the month. They have many events and host the rescue me foundation to adopt stray dogs.

Went in for some dog food but their selection is very scarce. Only high end veterinary formulas over priced, other than that the snacks for dogs are very good and reasonable, my dog loved the treats. Good selection of fish , a fun place for families and kids to visit n see live animals, even if you aren’t buying anything.

Good variety of products and the personal is very kind. Also provide various services like grooming and medical checkups

A great place to go for your pet supplies, they have a great variety of products, food, toys, etc. Also they have a grooming section and a veterinary. A tip to save is to order online and choose store pickup so you can save some percentage rather than paying full price, also if you are registered you could earn discount coupons.

Great staff, when entering the place you feel the love they have for their jobs and their customers, for a long time now I've been searching for a place just like this, now that I finally found it I will never leave. I highly recommend the place to all the people I care about and all the other that I don't know yet. The prices are very reasonable and the location is just on the via rapida a little bit before home Depot, hours of operation are expected and they are open the whole day, there is a verity of products to choose from and if you can't find it they will direct you to their online store which will help a lot if you are un capable to drive. The Managment is caring about the client and your needs, I once had a problem and they solved it immediately. Again I highly recommend visiting the store and the website you will see then what I was talking about, thank you so much for giving me a great service, I highly appreciate it.

Excellent variety of pet items and good diversity of brands to pick from. Prices go from budget friendly to upscale so there's an item for all pockets.

I visited here on August 3, 2020 with my Fiance. The store is a little small, but it has a big selection of pet supplies, just like in the USA. The prices aren't much cheaper than in the USA. All the staff was very friendly and asked if we needed assistance. We will return and I do recommend.

Cleaner and better organized than the Chula Vista branch, more expensive as well as import taxes are added to the item cost, does not have same selections on some brands but it is am overall great experience

Small store, prices are a bit high compared to US stores on treats, however great price on live fish (50 pesos)
