AWESOME store! They have everything you need. Anything they don't have in the store, they can order. The staff there is amazing, very helpful, and very professional!

The very nice woman who helped me spoke excellent English to, and since my Spanish isn't so great, it really helped me a lot. I will go back there for everything I need for my pool!

They also have water softeners and salt for water softeners!

Have been looking for a filter cap for my pool pump for a while and they had it in stock! Nice store, lots of inventory and friendly helpful staff. Communicated on line before going to confirm stock. Great experience. They also have weekly delivery of softener salt to Chelem.

Great experience today. Staff very helpful. They went out of their way to help me find the right products. Eddie was especially helpful, as he is bi lingual and very positive. I will definitely be going back to this store

Great service - I had a bad spider gasket and contacted them via WhatsApp. My Spanish is pretty bad but Deyanira was very patient with me and even messaged me in English. They were able to order the part I needed and had it in just a few days.

El mejor lugar para comprar mis productos para mantener el agua de mi alberca, son super amables y me dan asesoría de cómo usar los productos. Pero además de los productos, tienen muchísimos accesorios para la alberca, me encanta!!
