The staff at information counter is extremely friendly and helpful.
The staff at the counter is polite and efficient.
Though there are many customers, I waited for 10 mins and I have my business done in less than 5mins.
Kudos KWSP staff!

Easy to park when not in peak time... Guards are friendly and helpful... Got toilet here...
Wheelchair friendly... Cashless carpark payment here... Have to be more careful because the road is always busy and the car drivers drive like F1 cars sometimes... So be alert and take care... Got motorcycle parking inside and it is free...

I m amazed with staffs , from ground floor up till staffs in level 3. To me , rated as best and friendliest staffs among government dept. U need to be there to experience. They are helpful, informative and fast. Staffs explained everything you ought to KNOW. Kudos to the head of department and staffs

The Guards are attentive and helpful, the Officers at Counters are friendly, helpful and attentive too. Everything was fast.

Use the machine that located in lobby can solve my problem quickly, but the touch screen is not sensitive enough, suggest can add more machine so that people won’t wait too long.

Never thought that government departments would be so efficient as the likes of KWAP Penang branch. I was astounded to the quality services provided, it only took me like 7 minutes to complete my withdrawal application and walla everything when smoothly without a hitch never have i experienced such prompt and efficient services dealing with government departments. Thanks a million for your efficiency and quality service rendered. Nothing less then a 5 star rating.

Great service from the staffs working at the building! Assisted me through all my enquiries and got it all solved. Pleasant experience 👏🏻👍🏻 However around the area seems not so easy to find a parking. I was lucky to find an empty spot around on my visit 😂

Good Covid-19 SOP. Only allow to go to 3rd floor if you have an appointment. I was there to see if I can get an appointment on the same day. Yes they gave me an appointment on the spot and only need to wait for half an hour to see tge officer. Very effective, fast and efficient. Good job.

Customer Service is located at 3rd floor.
Friendly and warm customer service.
Parking in the compound is a little bit expensive. RM1 for the first half-hour, another RM1 for the following half-hour, and RM2 for every subsequent hour. The MBPP parking (Public parking) lot outside the compound is very limited.

Excellent service, helpful staff, short waiting time.
