They sold my friend a crystal that is typically priced around RM 40, but they charged an exorbitant RM 300 for it. This is an extreme and unjustifiable markup, taking advantage of customers' lack of knowledge or information.

Additionally, the staff seems uninformed about the origin of the crystals, simply claiming they are from overseas without providing specifics. This lack of transparency is concerning. The only positive aspect is that the crystals themselves are genuine. However, it's worth noting that certain crystals are priced at 10-20 times their actual value, and even with a purported 40% discount, the final price remains significantly higher than the fair market value. It may be advisable to explore alternative shops and consider other options.

came here because my father is a fan of gem stone. nice store but the service was not nice. a lady came and asked if we wanted to buy something, and we said that our father might be interested to, as of now he is looking around first. the she kicked us out of the store saying if we arent buying anything then we have to go. disgusting behavior from a business owner. utterly disrespectful

Bought couple of salt lamp, they said salt lamp will sweat if don't keep the lights ON for few days but one I gotten never sweat at all. I even washed it and see if it does sweat and SURPRISED...nothing happened. Wonder are they selling fake salt lamp?

Dont like the service here.. been to other branch they offer far more greater service than here..
