Store is clean, well arranged, well air-conditioned and has a good variety of shops nearby. Parking is ample and spacious although I witnessed a near accident and the subsequent quarrel between 2 drivers.

Formerly known as Tesco (which was officially open on January 2019). Hence it is a relatively new mall. There are many fast food restaurants surrounding the mall. Parking is free. It is very convenient to do the shopping here because Lotus's and all the tenants are on the ground floor. The tenants include Old Town White Coffee, Leomag Waffle, Watsons, Lohas Pharmacy, XES studio, YES Optical, MR DIY, 99Perfect, Master Key and Shoe, PRC Bike and Toys. CIMB ATM is also available.

Wow ...Many people visit . They have cool blog, old town, and lot more.. impressed me that Bagan finally have this big shop build up!

Ample parking space despite located in a busy area. Many stores inside including toy shop, bakery, indoor playground & pharmacy.

Convenient as near my house. Love the scan and shop app.

A nearby supermarket store which have almost all essetial everyday needs. Very helpful and friendly staffs. Eye catching clothes in clothes section. Good quality and very affordable.

Purposely went there to buy the top detergent green color for my newly bought front loaded washer.

Very nice and polite staff, enjoy shopping there, parking quite easy but the food court food doesn’t tastes as good.

It is a marvelous great goods selling mall to buy any goods that we are needed for our daily usage. Almost everything you are needed or not needed, wanted or do not wanted, useful or useless, clever or idiot, all almost can be found here. Wider parking area with at least four parking lot especially setup for OKU only, they can guaranteed you will get the goods you really needed with a cheaper prices, anyone also can be allowed to compare their prices of anything with others, the attitude of the workers here are so kind and friendly and they're willing to help if you're unable to find anything. That's all I'd like to say, anything, anymore, anyone, anyway, anyday, anymoment, anywhere, anytime, anyplace, anyhow, anybody, anyseason……… I, MC Jim, 武七爺, Guaranteed & Warranteed..........

This place is packed with fast food surrounding a tesco mall, with enough varieties to stay for awhile longer. Although it is quite new around here, they offer you the same stuff anywhere else. The fastfood buildings have drive-thrus and the parking space is more than ample whether you're shopping for essential items or feeling a bit peckish. And for the muslims, don't fret since there's mosques quite near the place.

It's so convenient here

Me and my family used to shopping at Tesco most of the time in UK and they always provided the tip -top customer service .
So impressed me at Tesco Bagan Ajam Butterworth ,they also provide the same best customer service here.

Got lots of choices and discounts also lots of Multiple business doing inside Lotus, very convenient with lots of parking space

Glad to have Mr DIY here because the other nearest one in raja uda is difficult to find parking lots. Makes shopping very easy. Looking forward for the 3 storey shops behind to be completed. Thereafter, that place would be very popular as parking spaces are plenty in the vicinity. Free 5G WiFi at Tesco.

Today (17/1/2019) is the first opening of the Tesco. Many promotions are there for these few days ahead. It's not as big as Seberang Jaya's branch but satisfying as a Tesco. It might be heavy jammed for these few days but the promotions maybe worthy.

One of the better organised and we'll stocked Tesco. Still have non halal section with pork in freezers. Other Tesco supermarkets have closed the pork section.
